*Philip Bond BSc

Philip has over 26 years International broking experience. He founded the Property division at Howden in 2006. Throughout his years in the industry he has specialized in the production and placement of major capacity risks into the Lloyd’s and International Markets, Philip manages the team of specialists in London that handle all types of major property business and he travels extensively in Europe, Middle East and Asia

Paul Foster

Paul started his broking career in 1981. and has extensive experience in the International Market. Paul specializes in property insurance and reinsurance products for international clients with particular emphasis on Energy, Oil & Gas and Telecommunications. Paul’s depth of understanding policy structures and extensive knowledge of the global marketplace has helped clients develop tailor-made solutions. Paul joined Hyperion Insurance Group in 2006 as a founding member of the Property division at Howden.

Neil Holden BA ACII

Neil started work in the Insurance market in 1980. He specializes in property insurance and reinsurance products for international clients with particular emphasis on Energy, Oil & Gas, heavy industries and telecommunications placing that business into the world markets. Throughout his career he has worked with a diverse range of customers including Risk Managers, captive insurance companies, brokers and government agencies. He travels extensively in Latin America and the Middle East. Neil joined Hyperion Insurance Group in 2006 as a founding member of the Property division at Howden.

John Penney

John started his career at Poland’s syndicate, Lloyd's of London. John has over 34 years experience in Lloyd's, London Company and Global markets. John specializes in the placement and development of property risks and schemes with his excellent connections within the Lloyd’s community. John joined Hyperion Insurance Group in 2006 as a founding member of the Property division at Howden.

Karly Shaw

Karly started as a placing broker in the International Facultative’ Property market in 1993. During that time she has had experience working for both Independent and Global brokers and has developed a particular expertise with in the area of Hi-Technology Companies and Heavy industries. Karly has worked both in London and overseas most recently in Singapore. She travels regularly to the Caribbean and Asia.
